Renowned artist Tom Gammons works largely in the unconventional medium of aerosol spray paint. These works come alive only after hundreds of hours of applying layers upon layers of paint, masking, and a few secret techniques to the canvas. The process only reaches completion after the masking layers are removed, revealing, or “unveiling” the work of art beneath. A moment he now asks the audience to join him in experiencing.
The first public art showing took place at Bugatti Campogalliano Italy, for the exclusive Invitation Only “Arte Auto Design” group show. Soon after he was asked to create and contribute works to group shows at Brassworks Gallery in Portland Oregon USA. Multiple commissions came soon after.
Momentum continued and 2024 saw Gammons’ first solo art exhibition in Portland Oregon, USA, and a few months later creating a public mural in Sant ’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
Currently based out of the Pacific Northwest United States, His work is publicly displayed in Italy, and residing in private collections in the USA, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, the UK, and New Zealand.
